Website accessibility audits & repairs

Open your website to everyone.

We find accessibility barriers, fix the code, and verify the work. Start with a free scan of your homepage.

For example, yourbusiness.com. No email needed to see the preview. The free scan runs automated checks on one public page. It isn't a full audit and can't tell you whether your website is legally compliant.

Who we help

For businesses whose customers rely on their website

More than 1 in 4 US adults has a disability, according to the CDC. When a form, menu or checkout doesn't work for them, they can't book, order or get in touch.
  • Healthcare providers

Clinics, practices, health centers and pharmacies. Organizations receiving HHS funding have WCAG 2.1 Level AA deadlines in 2027 and 2028.

    Accessibility for healthcare providers
  • Dispensaries

Age gates, online menus and order-ahead checkout that every customer can use, including blind and disabled customers.

    Accessibility for dispensaries
  • Small businesses open to the public

Shops, restaurants, salons and professional services whose customers book, buy or get in touch online.

Standards

The laws and criteria we test against

Every audit names a specific technical target, such as WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 Level AA. We explain which one fits your website and your obligations.

Laws and standards

  • ADA Title II and Title III

The Americans with Disabilities Act covers state and local governments (Title II) and businesses open to the public (Title III).

The ADA is a law, not a technical checklist. We test against a named WCAG version and level and document the results. Legal questions belong with your attorney.

  • WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA

The W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the technical standard used to test websites.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard in the Department of Justice's Title II rule and the HHS Section 504 rule. WCAG 2.2 adds criteria such as focus visibility and target size. We agree the target with you before testing.

  • Section 508

Accessibility requirements for information and communication technology used by US federal agencies.

The Revised Section 508 Standards incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

Common barriers we fix

These are some of the problems we find most often, and who they affect.

  • Low contrast text

Hard to read for people with low vision or in bright light.

  • Missing alt text on images

Screen reader users miss the information the image carries.

  • Skipped heading levels

Makes pages harder to scan and navigate with a screen reader.

  • Videos without captions

People who are deaf or hard of hearing can't follow the content.

  • Missing form labels

Fields are announced without a name, so forms can't be completed.

  • Relying on an overlay widget

Overlays add a script on top of the page; they don't fix the code.

What happens in the review

  1. We look at your website first

Before the call, we scan your homepage and a person checks the results.

  2. A short screen share

We show you what we found, in plain English: what's broken, who it blocks and roughly how big the fix is.

  3. You keep the scan

The findings are yours whether you work with us or not.

  4. No pressure, no guarantees

It isn't a full audit, a legal opinion or a compliance certificate. If you want more, we'll price it in writing first.
